I'm glad this has come to a head. It gives us a chance to move forward with the DNR. Those of you who have not had the chance to ride this area would not believe how good it is, how responsibly and beautifully the trails are built (rarely need maintenance), and would be on your hands and knees kissing the ground if it were a legal spot and you were shuttling out there. If you live in the PNW, support this effort and you can have another spot available that is every bit as good as Black Rock (yes, that good and with shuttle access). Remember, members of Pinkbike, that we mountain bikers are generally intelligent and responsible people who give more than we take, self-police and keep our areas clean with a respect for the Earth. If we don't try to expand this positive influence, than because nature abhors a vacuum, the health of our public lands could be in jeopardy as the clear-cutting and trash-dumping accelerates without a recreational group's significant presence. We cannot tolerate that outcome.
LOL... but yeah, with either Smith or Gwin on top, everything is going to be just right. North America certainly has two of the best racers ever.
18:30 - 22:40 = extra wow!! ... but, was a seriously fun film all around with a great build-up to the end.
Everyone has different metabolic rhythms and thus different dietary tweaks will work better for certain people than others. James noticed that breakfast was typically not interesting to him naturally and that eating at night worked better for him. I happen to function the same way. I just eat a light breakfast and get excited for a big dinner later, which prevents me from being foggy/sleepy during the first half of the day when I'm working a desk job. When I'm playing or working out intensely, a calorie-dense (but healthy!) snack keeps me going.
Just stay open minded with dietary stuff and try things out that seem to make sense to you. You might find that one thing or another makes a significant difference, and there is definitely a reason why there are soooooooooooooooooo many different diet ideas out there for everyone's varying daily work patterns.

Danny: congratulations and ignore those people making negative comments on the internet and elsewhere. Some people just feel like they need to say irritating things for attention, but they won't get the pure reaction with their words that you got riding down that hellish track, will they?
